From 1969 to 1972, Hugh proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era, where he fought for our country in Vietnam. Hugh was the son of the late Earl Baugher Sr. and Catherine (O’Connor) Baugher. He is survived by his brothers, Earl Baugher Jr. (Connie) of New Mexico and Francis Baugher (Linda) of Downingtown, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his brother Joseph and his sister Catherine, as well as his brother and sister in-law, R. Allen and Vicki Katherman.

Above all else, Hugh was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Donna Armstrong Baugher, and children: Tammy (Jeff) Ludwig of Florida, Janea Adkins of North Carolina, and J. Bradley Armstrong of Pennsylvania.

He was a proud and loving Pappy to his 12 grandchildren: Brenna, Cayleen, Caden (Madison), Gavin, Zane, Joel Grant Jr., Jack, Riley, Sydney, David “Mac”, Mason, and Madelynn.

Hugh’s life was not measured in titles or possessions. He was simply “Pappy,” whose steady presence made his family feel safe, supported, and loved.

Weekly Message – August 31st, 2025: Praising with Our Lives

Pastor Kevin — Sun, 31 Aug 2025 13:30:15 +0000

From Jeremiah’s warning against empty cisterns, to the psalmist’s call to remember God’s saving power, to Hebrews’ teaching on the “sacrifice of praise,” and Jesus’ reminder of humility at the table in Luke, we learn that true worship is more than words.

Hebrews 13:16 says, “Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.”

God delights in lives that reflect His love. When we serve, share, and welcome others with humility and grace. Praise is not just what we sing on Sunday, but how we live every day.

This week we explore what it means to let our lives themselves become a song of praise.

Weekly Message – August 24th, 2025: An Unshakable Kingdom

Pastor Kevin — Sun, 24 Aug 2025 13:30:00 +0000

From Jeremiah’s call to speak boldly, to the psalmist’s cry for refuge, to the vision of Zion in Hebrews and the healing hand of Jesus in Luke, God reveals a Kingdom that cannot be shaken.

Hebrews 12:28 says, “Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.”

God offers something solid for an uncertain world: His rule, His grace, His presence. The unshakable Kingdom is not built on comfort or control but on Christ alone.

We explore what it means to live with confidence, hope, and boldness in the midst of a shaken world, anchored in God’s unshakable Kingdom.

Weekly Message – August 17th, 2025: What Joy Is Worth

Pastor Kevin — Sun, 17 Aug 2025 13:30:04 +0000

This week we focus on “What Joy Is Worth.”

From Isaiah’s vineyard to the psalmist’s cry for restoration, from the heroes of faith in Hebrews to Jesus’ fiery words in Luke, we see that joy is not cheap or easy—it is precious and costly. Hebrews 12:2 reminds us that “for the joy set before him, [Jesus] endured the cross.”

True joy isn’t fleeting happiness. It’s the fruit of justice, righteousness, perseverance, and faithfulness. It is worth enduring hardship, worth the refining fire, worth running the race with our eyes fixed on Christ.

Weekly Message – July 27th, 2025: Rooted In Christ

Pastor Kevin — Sun, 27 Jul 2025 13:30:29 +0000

This week we focus on being “Rooted in Christ.”

In a world full of noise, pressure, and shifting priorities, what anchors your life? Colossians 2:6–19 invites us to remain deeply rooted in Jesus—built up in Him, strengthened in faith, and overflowing with gratitude.

We’ll also draw from Psalm 85, Luke 11:1–13, and Hosea 1:2–10 to explore what happens when our lives are planted in the truth of Christ rather than the ever-changing patterns of this world.

This isn’t just about believing—it’s about belonging, growing, and bearing fruit.

Weekly Message – July 20th, 2025: Come Holy Spirit: Walking With the Spirit Daily

Pastor Kevin — Sun, 20 Jul 2025 13:30:13 +0000

This week we close out our “Come, Holy Spirit” series with a message about walking daily with the Spirit.

The Spirit doesn’t just show up for dramatic moments—He guides our everyday lives. In Week 7, “Life in the Spirit,” we explore how following the Holy Spirit is a daily walk, a steady rhythm of surrender, trust, and growth.

We’ll reflect on Psalm 119:105–112, Luke 11:5–13, Galatians 5:16–26, and Psalm 1:1–6 to see how the Spirit shapes our decisions, produces fruit in us, and strengthens us in weakness, and how He overflows from us into the lives of others.

You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to stay close to the One who does.

Weekly Message – July 13th 2025: Come Holy Spirit: The Gifts of the Spirit

Pastor Kevin — Sun, 13 Jul 2025 13:30:28 +0000

This week we continue our journey through the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

The Holy Spirit doesn’t just comfort and empower us. He equips every believer with unique gifts to serve, build up the Church, and bless the world. In Week 6 of our “Come, Holy Spirit” series, we’re exploring how God calls ordinary people to step into extraordinary purpose.

We’ll look at scriptures like Exodus 31, Matthew 25, 1 Corinthians 12, Ephesians 4, and Proverbs 18 to see how the Spirit gives and multiplies gifts, and how each of us has something essential to bring.

Whether you’re still discovering what you believe or have been serving in the Church for decades, this message is an invitation to recognize, trust, and use the gifts God has placed in you.

Weekly Message – July 6th, 2025: Come Holy Spirit: Grieving or Quenching the Spirit

Pastor Kevin — Sun, 06 Jul 2025 13:30:00 +0000

This week we continue our journey through the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

The Holy Spirit doesn’t just comfort and empower us—He calls us to listen, respond, and stay open to God’s leading. In Week 5 of our “Come, Holy Spirit” series, we’re exploring what it means to grieve or quench the Spirit, and how God gently calls us back to His heart.

We’ll look at scriptures like Isaiah 63, Matthew 23, Ephesians 4, and Proverbs 1 to see how God’s people have resisted His Spirit in the past—and how He still offers grace, forgiveness, and a new start.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore faith or have been following Jesus for years, this message is an honest, hopeful reminder that it’s never too late to return to God with an open heart.
