This week continuing our new series of messages based on the books of the “minor prophets” and today we’re focusing on Micah. The series is called Finding Jesus in the Rubble. Essentially, each week we’ll be looking at various minor prophets and looking at how, even in the midst of doom and gloom predictions and struggle, there was a message of hope and many signs that pointed to salvation and the arrival of the Messiah in Jesus Christ.
Micah is the perfect Advent, or pre-Advent message. Micah predicts so much of the purpose and arrival of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. (Micah 5:2)
